This agency is in utter chaos from the top down. They treat clients and volunteers horribly and do not use financial resources well.
I have a real problem with people of color and the disabled and homosexuals being treated as less of a person. No one listens to complaints because that might mean actually treating people the way jesus would want them to be treated. They need to remove "christian" from their name, because they are anything but. This organization could better itself to do many great things, but they choose to make up the rules as they go along.
I feel bad for those in Lewisville Texas who only have the CCA to turn to. No wonder there are so many homeless people there.

Agreed. After they said they cpuldnt help with my eviction i asked for a list of referrals of shelters and the reply was if you google.the area it will pull up all the shelters.
I have since figured out CCA is it in my area. Of they dont advocate for you or give you alternative options - you're homeless.
The cca sucks. they give expired food to people that makes them sick.
you are never religious enough for them. They are so rude to black people.
They just like the illegals. the cca is a cult and needs to be shut down.
Totally agree. The treatment is horrendous. My church won't even give $$$ to them any more.
