Poor customer service and very poor web functionality.
Purchased a movie, was not able to access it after first viewing.
Horrible web site. Going back to finish the documentary and watch it over, (since I purchased it, was impossible.
Trying to click to [ CONTACT US] sent me to a wed error page basically saying URL does not exist.

Question about my acct
When I tried to get into it is making me sign in everyone and takes along time to open Then when it does it is saying buy the movie fora certain amount or rent it for an amount. I thought this was a free after you pay 7.94 .

Unable to redownload app on Roku sound bar
I tried to open Christian cinema app on my Roku it opened and said CC is no longer available, so I removed the app and wanted to reinstall CC app but Roku says it's not available. What's going on I have bought a lot of moves that I can no longer watch. Please help CC is my favorite app to watch good wholesome movies

I believe my initial concern(s) have been resolved, but one that still is not clear. What are the giving member expectations?
I believe I gave an initial gift of $25 to have the opportunity to watch 5 free movies per month?
Is it expected that I give future $ amounts monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually in order to watch up to 5 free movies each month? Thanks for your reply and clarifications

I asked if the annual renewal could be preceeded by an email several weeks before the auto-renewal. I told Christian Cinema I would sign up if they would agree to send an email several weeks before
deduction.
And no, Christian Cinema did NOT answer my question. Thank you for your follow-up.

Charged for movie that I cannot watch
I rented Who am I. Was charged.
Tried to watch it but it wasnt in my library.
I retried numerous times but got message that product was available.
Rental is not in my library. Now I have 5 charges to my account and NO movie!
Please help!
