I purchased two movies from the Christian Cinema app. I recently tried to play them only to find that they had been removed.
I contacted customer service, who told me that they are no longer available. They have only offered a partial refund and no alternative to even download the films I own. They referred me to Amazon, who cannot help either. This is terrible service.
They should notify owners that the title will drop off the list and give an opportunity to download or offer a complete refund. Dreadful customer service.
