Criminals and thieves
I bought a unit from them and paid extra for 10 year parts and labor warranty, and I have my paperwork.After 4 years of maintenance with them, now they are ghosting me and claim I have no warranty. Also on install day I caught the tech in my bedroom checking out my jewelry box.
I am working with BBB and American Standard, and I attached my document for them, waiting to see. Complaint will be posted on BBB after it is closed.
