I placed an order for merchandise in April 2016 that was on back order. After calling and emailing Choxi several times, I was told that the merchandise was no longer available and that my credit card would be refunded. My credit card was never credited! I placed an order and was told after 3 months it could not be delivered. And received a in store credit. After 6 months i ordered again and used the credit and some more cash. 3 days later i placed a second order and paid. It has been since may of 2016 and still havent received one item from them. And now i can no longer get on their site. So i am out about 80. 00 all together. What a rip off.

I ordered $64 worth of Head clothing, in May/16 they said they no longer deal with the co. They billed my cc, gave me a credit & 25%. Now I can't contact them or get to there site Thieves this is what happens with these foreign companies.

Same pretty much as everyone else. I started with no more rack and they were great first couple of orders with chili I received. Thenariund april of 2016 my dog got really sick and I ordered her a new bed. Called Chico and emailed them multiple times as she was dying and I wanted her to have the new bed before she passed. I paid for an order on October 19, 2016 for four items. I emailed customer care on 11/9/16 informing them that I had not received one of the items I ordered. No response was received. As of today (1/9/17), I still have not received my item, or a response via email, or a refund and I have since emailed customer care twice and tried to call, but the customer care number now gives a fast busy signal and no reply has been received via email either.
