Chow Chow Rescue of the Sierra Foothills is a rip off. Lauren Rossovich lies to people and is an unethical person.
Do NOT trust Lauren Rossovich of Chow Chow Rescue. Located in Penn Valley, California. I cannot believe that people like Chow Chow Rescue can be allowed to have a 501(c)3.
It should be against the law for them to do what they do, which is run a make-shift dog rescue in Grass Valley California. They have stolen from over 560 people and have not honored their own contracts to reimburse people the money owed to them.

Not only to Tim and Lauren Rossovich rip off people trying to adopt dogs. The steal the good name of other rescues built up by other peoples hard work.
They are not in it for the life of the dogs they are in it for money and money alone. If they can't legally take on the name of another rescue they will go out of their way to steal it.
This is one fight they are not going to win. :(
I was taken advantage of by Lauren Rossovich. After dealing with them, I felt really violated.
I would not recomend them to anyone.
They are usually drunk before noon and that may be the root of the problem. Best wishes....
