Im not sure if this location doesnt actually see notes added to an order or just cant follow them? Always an issue, I always end up having to go to the store.

Asked for extra dressing and they actually put none. None.

I paid a delivery fee and extra for extra dressing and I have a dry salad and have to go to the store anyway. Waste.

53rd street site in Manhattan charged me for avocado and roast chicken, got home and none of what I ordered was in my salad... not right considering how much I payed!

Hi, yesterday (7/27) I purchased a salad through Uber Eats. I paid extra to have avocado in my salad.

When it arrived the avocado was literally rock hard. Like usual, it was cut in half, but it was so hard I literally couldnt get my fork into it. I tried to cut pieces out with a knife and the knife couldnt get into it either. I honestly have no idea how the store was able to even cut it to begin with to serve me.

But however they did it, they had to have known it was inedible by the amount of work it took them to cut it. I just dont understand why I paid so much extra for something I couldnt even take one bite out of and was basically just there for decoration.

I submitted this order at 11:15AM and the tracking indiciates it's not going to arrive until 12:58PM...thats completely unacceptable.

It should be an hour, TOPS.

Not 1 hour and 45 minutes. That's almost 2 hours to deliver 1 basic salad.

I spent $20 on this!!!

This isn't catering!!!

It literally says in this email below that the estimated time is 11:56. And then the tracking link indicates a WHOLE EXTRA HOUR until arrival??? unacceptable.

Not only that - the app says the salad was picked up at 12:15pm and wont be dropped off here until 12:58PM.

I work 10 minutes down the street from Chop't. Not 30 minutes!

This is unacceptable and I want a refund.
