I placed an order last week and I paid $61. My order was confirmed and was supposed to be sent to me, but when I checked, the UPS label hadn't even been created yet.

Worst functional app ever !
This app has a great content but DOES not work. It is glitchy, the content can't be saved, the meditations get stuck in the same day unless you log out/in every day.
They do reply to emails but NEVER solve the problem. Now they are charging me again and I just subscribed in 10/23 and is 1/24.
No one replies and my subscription is locked unless I pay again. The phones numbers are NOT working and I just think that since Chopra sold his companies whoever bought them is a scammer.

App issues
That is absolutely insane . I used app and decided to purchase membership to have more access .
Two day ago received email to update the app , did it successfully but after updating lost any access only Free sessions available not the ones I have with my membership.
Emailed my issue @ help Chopra no response, I cant believe this is a fraud .
I wish I would not update the app. I kind of liked the meditation program there .

Locked out of the website even though I am paid up. I cannot use it and I got no response. Phone message says not in service.
Subscription error paid, can't access
I paid a full subscription in September 2023 on January 1. I was cut off it is now the 10th and I still cannot get help.
I have sent them the receipt to the Support and they wrote back and said they have no record of my email address, I then sent the receipt again and again and again with no response. I am very unhappy with Chopra!
Im losing all of my paid meditations from over the years as well. Why do they not allow you to call them to get some kind of Customer Service??
Preferred solution: I would like my app access back!

Did not get my cleanse kit. Paid for express
I finally did receive it - just took longer than expected and the express may not have been worth the money because it was not that much faster and there is no way to estimate when the shipping will arrive based on the website information. 3-5 days from shipping to delivery does not give context because the shipping took a week before delivery which took another 3 days.

Chopra app is a scam!! They automatically enroll you in an annual subscription when buying a meditation bundle.
I purchased a Deepak Chopra and Oprah meditation bundle for $199 in April 2021 from Chopra. Unbeknownst to me, they automatically enrolled me in an annual subscription for $69.99.
I didn't notice the charge in April 2022 and they provide no notice of re-enrollment. This April, after my second charge, I called to cancel the subscription that I never signed up for and they will not do it. They site their Terms of Agreement, which I never agreed to in the first place. Super scam.
Terrible customer service. Stay away!
