WON'T CLEAN MY DUCKWORK
They said they don't clean duckwork so I said cancel my account they had the nerve to argue with me and I screamed at them cancel and 20 mimutes later
I SIGHNED up for them 5 months ago there is something wrong with my furnace the filters get dirty to quickly
Horrible business
- - Order 11/22/20; by 1/1/21 I had not received it and asked for a refund.
- - Arrived 2/5/21 broken with a chemical smell; no packaging; refund denied.
I purchased an item on 11/22/20 for a Christmas present and by January 1st, 2021 I still hadn't received it. I told them I wanted to cancel the order and be refunded and they claimed the item had already shipped.
The item finally arrived February 5th broken and emitting a horrible chemical smell that made my eyes burn.
There was no protective packaging. The item was shipped loose in a box.
When I sent pictures and asked to be refunded, they claimed they could not since it had been more than 30 days from date of purchase. I sent back a scathing email and was then told I could send the item back at my expense but they could not guarantee they would received the item and be able to refund my money.

Still Nothing from the company, but upon further investigation it turns out they hire a company to remove their negative reviews and provide them with an international address in Panama so companies like the better business bureau won't let you create a profile for them. very slimey and deceptive when our global economic situation has people at their most vulnerable.
I ordered a birthday present on Christmas day, and after getting no help or updates on the status of my order for weeks I received a partial order early April that was missing multiple key items. I contacted them regarding the issue and they said they would look into it, but they have stopped responding to emails for the past ten days and their "customer service"number only allows you to leave a voicemail that will never get a response. Seems that once they have your money you are no longer their priority.
