I checked in at 7pm, the front desk gave me the key for the room and the key card didn't work. So they come up to let me in and boom the key card hasn't worked all night so whenI leave out to get ice gotta go downstairs so they can let me back in the room.
Want to go to the pool, they have to come let me in. When wanted to go upstairs, I have to go to the desk. Then the workers at the front desk not there because, oh yes, the entire hotel key cards don't work. To make matters worst, the side light on the bed switch is broken, and the light kept me up all freaking night totally pissed!
Had me waking up every hour!!! No wifi because system down

Comfort Suite in Warwick RI is the dirtiest Hotel I have ever seen. Beside the dust and mold and the mildew smell in each room, the sheets are not changed at all.
Dirty linens. Broken bed, broken fridge, sink leaking water everywhere and toilet does not flush, you have to use a plunger to get it to go down. So out dated. Like Brady bunch out dated.
The windows you can hear the wind blowing. Comes right in through the windows. The drapes have never been cleaned. The chandelier that they have has so much dust on it surprise it doesn't fall.
The Manager is a complete *** We pay every day. Not on his time on ours. He'll harass you knocking on the door. We are homeless.
My husband gets paid when he's done with job for the day. He knows this. We have never not paid. We were short 20 and said will pay tomorrow.
The other guy said don't worry about it. But knock on door getting question about the 20. They always overcharge you. They go by their statements.
Will show them our bank statements that they did overcharge us because it was taken out of our bank. Mind you we pay cash every day. Except a couple of days we used our bank card. That's why you never have them hold a card on file.
They charge what they want and act stupid when you approach them. They have made this month and a half a terrible experience. At this point I rather live in my car. The black mold they have in this hotel from there pipes that burst should be condemned.
The pool hasn't worked in 7 months. But they will still advertise they have a pool. I guess you pay for what you get. A dump.
No one speaks English. Even if you have the sign-up to not disturb they will still knock on your door. The grounds are loaded with dog *** cigarette butts, joint butts and garbage cups, paper, food etc. No wonder why there are wolves around.
Besides the smell of mildew, musty smell there is the scent threw out hotel of marijuana. Let's not forget the spider webs all around room, closets and bathroom. There are no pros. If I could give a negative star I would.
Way more cons.
We have had several rooms to stay in. I had to get my Vacuum and cleaning products out of my storage unit to bring to hotel to clean for our allergies.

We are writing in regards to our recent stay at your property Tues,Dec 19 til Fri, Dec 22, 2023.
The purpose for our stay was both business and personal and do to our experience at your facility we elected to cancel our 2nd reservation and fly home early.
The condition of your property when we first arrived was horrible from the beginning. The front lobby was dark,dirty and just gave off that yuck feeling, which is not good when you know your going to be staying a few days.
Not something you want your new customers to experience.
We got checked in and walked to our room and not with positive feelings of what we would find. First our key didnt work, then we finally got into our room and it was also dark, dingy and dirty. We figured well you definitely get what you pay for and thought we could suck it up and deal with it until we left. Each day we encountered more yuck and disappointment.
From lack of towels, to filthy shower, to multiple bugs( dead and alive) dirty floors, several broken things in the room including the air conditioner unit never worked properly and it was filthy and inside was FULL OF MOLD. There was also items left in the drawers and refrigerator from previous customers which indicates that the room wasnt thoroughly cleaned before our arrival.
We wanted to leave but had already paid and didnt know where else to stay until we left on our Cruise vacation that definitely couldn't come soon enough.
So we stuck it out, never unpacked our things due to filth, cleaned shower ourself before using it, kept everything closed tight so we didnt get bugs in our luggage and constantly kept our feet covered due to filth on the floors.
The food at your advertised "free hot breakfast" was far from hot,fresh or good for that matter. The bagels were stale, the yogurt was sour and the coffee disgusting and again totally disappointing.
You advertised that you also had a "fitness center" to which you did not. Another false advertisement.
The pool is said to be "heated" thats another false advertisement as it was ice cold.
Pool towels were stained and unable to be used.
The final straw to our frustration and immense disappointment for our unfortunate stay at your property was the fact that my husband got deathly ill and ended up in the hospital as result of mold exposure which was in your air conditioning unit in our room.
So as a result of ALL OF THIS we not only will NEVER stay at this property ever again, we gave a horrible/honest google review but we are demanding our money back for our stay and some other type of compensation for such disgust.
Im in total shock that the health department even allows this place of business to remain not only open but serving the public. Upon reading reviews it became very evident that we arent the only ones who have encountered what we encountered with your property, but we are the only ones that im aware of that had a health related hospital experience as a result.
We are coming to you, the hotels property manager 1st and if you wont resolve this then we will go to the owner of the property and if doesnt get resolved there then we will go to choice hotels.
Our suggestion is that its resolved at the start instead of going through all the uppper channels and that you choose to do what is right by us the customers and make necessary changes at your property so it doesn't happen to future customers.
We look forward to our full refund and this being resolved ASAP.

I stayed at one of their motels and there was sewer fumes coming out of the tub and sink drain! The heater throughs off fumes!
This made my blood pressure jump up very high and made my heart act up and my doctor had to to a heart monitor on! I am a disabled person that just got over bone cancer! It took almost 6 weeks to get moved to another room! Every time complaints were made me and my 60 yr.
old sister would get scream at like we were dogs!! The new room we were move into on the 2nd night someone tried to beak in and messed up our door and the manager said would put in work order to be fixed and it hasn't been done! This was 2 weeks ago!!! There is drug selling and prostitution!
This motel let's this go on!!! I would leave but my vehicle was totaled and my claims agent stole my claim's check and took off!!! So right now I'm stranded here!!! I am going to get ahold off the disabled board and the main housing department in the U.S.
I am pressing crimal charges for abuse and endangerment of a disabled and senior!!! The corporate needs to contact me!!!

Good afternoon, My Name is Steve I recently stayed at Comfort Suites Lombard-Addison (Illinois) from 1/10/24 - 1/13/24 Confirmation # 33***** and Expedia Itinerary # 727227****7898.

My reasoning for contacting you is because of the broken elevator throughout my stay. I traveled from Nevada with a Disabled wife to try out your hotels because of some of the things that were offered; because of travel delays we didn't actually check into the hotel until almost 10pm.
nevertheless it wasn't until we arrived that we learned that the elevators were broken; when I asked how long they were broken I was told 3 days despite making the reservation 8 days prior, they also told me that they had not reached out to me via email nor phone so that I could possibly make other arrangements. The manager tried to offer me a room on the second floor instead of third floor, but my room would be a downgrade to what I wanted, on some level this is a breach of contract because of my wife's disability and not having a room available on the first floor in case such an issue should arise. When I tried to talk, reason, and problem solve the issue with the front desk the young lady just "looked right through me with no sympathy" as if she didn't care.
Normally, I despise complaining because it to me it is weak and unnecessary, however this particular issue needs to be addressed for compensation and employee training. It wasn't until the last day that we were about to check out for the morning that I learned that the elevator was working again so that I wouldn't have to carry all my bags and my wife down from the third floor.
It's very unfortunate that she suffers from a lower back injury and was really looking forward to using the heated pool for her back but couldn't.
It was my first time traveling and staying with Comfort Suites, not really sure about the future. I feel like this trip deserves a 75% to 100% refund or comparable compensation that would be $223.89 to $298.52.

The ac fan rattled loudly and was impossible to sleep, loud group stayed up all night making noise outside including in the parking lot and left door propped open all night. Hotel is not clean.

I was kicked out of the hotel, and investigated by the police, because of asking of availabilities of rooms with king-size beds no near the elevator and for requesting housekeeping services.
I'm a travel choice gold member for more than 4 yeas and I booked a room with king-size bed with this hotel.
The hallway have very awful smell, long hairs and bugs. The elevator take forever to take you two floors.
The front desk treated me as if I'm an enemy (please look at the pictures)
NEVER TO BOOK THIS TRASH MOTEL.

The service of the hotel is very poor housekeeping maintenance of the hotel itself the way the people pay all this money we pay all this money and you live in a dirty hotel where they barely change the towels I had to make my own bed several times I had to ask them to vacuum my carpet and which they supposed to vacuum every Thursday on people that stays here extended stay housekeeping never comes into the room TV remote TV remote has no back on it fans in the bathroom don't work cracked counters whoever is managing this hotel it needs to be fired and New Management need to be set up here because they're not doing their job they're not following up on some place that people have about the hotel door *** handle for falling off everything is going on here it's truly sad the way that they are running this hotel I would not refer anybody to this particular hotel anyway
