My experience with them was met with changing policy decisions and no people skills what so ever a one sided conversation with no policy standards at all
I've been a chelco customer for 22yrs my home and 2 rentals.a meter infraction occurred at one of them.chelcos rude customer service employee's are demanding 3475$ and denying service to the other rental. Not knowing this infraction occurred or who it was this seem very unfair to a 74 year old senior citizen who needs this income to have a modest quality of life is this fair treatment of established coop pertisapents please ck policy on this unfair situation
