Security is worthless
- - Paid $2000 for Foreigner tickets.
- - Two drunk men spilled beer and harassed me.
- - Security did nothing; I won't return to that pit.
I paid $2000 to see the band Foreigner. Seated in front of us were 2 drunk men with large cowboy hats.
They were drunk and obnoxious and were spilling the fifteen beers. I was sitting in a puddle of beer. This not only ruined my suede shoes but but the bottom of my pants. They stood the entire time and I did not see one minute of the show.
They called me names and threaten me. Security did nothing but clean up the beer.
I will not be going back to that pit and where is security when you need them? Security could have cared less about a woman being harassed by two drunk men.

I received a call from Choctaw Reservations RSS. They informed me that I need to call and ask early on the morning of my scheduled arrival DO THEY HAVE ANYONE CHECKING OUT OF AN ADA ACCESSIBLE ROOM THAT DAY?
Even if the answer is "yes", they cannot give me assurance that I will indeed have an ADA room. If "no" I might need to completely reschedule my trip. Comment: If is very late to reschedule the trip after already packed and ready to leave home based on who is checking out of an ADA room that morning at that huge newly-expanded resort hotel! Then they said at 9 AM on the scheduled arrival morning I will receive a "mobile checkin" text and I should complete precheckin.
Again, this doesn't ensure me an ADA compliant room.Then they say get to the resort ASAP around first checkin time 3 PM. And it is a long way from parking to checkin at their new Sky Tower. So be prepared to walk it or use valet at checkin.
Still not a reassuring response, but at least they did respond a bit. My trip is still a few days away.....
I have a reservation for my wife and me ZXWHY for 08/19/25 to 08/21/25. I am a 70-year-old senior.
I have to use a walker. I must have an accessible room. I need a bath or shower that has grab bar(s). I also need placement near the elevator if possible.
I just called your reservations as I was under the impression that accessibility needs would be handled promptly. Instead, I was told that nothing is guaranteed until check-in. I told the reservations agent that I need assurance that I can get an accessible room or I cannot stay there. I don't want to drive/ride 4 hours to get there and then not have a proper room.
And I cannot stand in line (I cannot stand still in one place without assistance or my walker) to request an accessible room at checkin. (I plan to use valet parking that they say is included with the room price, and hopefully get help getting to my ACCESSIBLE ROOM ON A LOWER FLOOR NEAR THE ELEVATOR.) Tonight the Choctaw reservations agent told me that no special requests (even for a handicapped 70-year-old senior) are allowed. It is first come first serve at 3 PM checkin. That is really poor handling unless you don't want seniors to come there -- maybe I should have gone to Winstar instead, and Winstar is a closer drive too...???

Reported it but none of your employees seem not to care my results was me ending in loosing on about 1,800.00 dollars with is cheap if this situation does not get resolved so I walked away to another machine a $5 dollar machine a while playing it I was betting $5 dollars and it was paying me off with $1 dollars I have been you custom for over 25 years if no apology or this citation isnt addressed I know you dont care but I will figure out away to handle this another way I pray you stand behind your machines a your integrity Thank you Ronnie Welch

I was playing a machine about 1.800.00 down and it started paying good and after sitting there about 8-9 hours it turned red for a bonus and in the middle of the red and during the red letters flashed across the screen and shut the machine down with the two 7s and the polar but no winnings I complained but it did no good however it was differently reported to the tenant but with no outcome I played it another 1-2 hours and it just got worse so I hung and played the machines next to and when it reset while I was playing it shut it from pop paying out anything so I was upset now 3000 down I went to another polar machine and while playing it I swear I was betting 5 dollars and I noticed it was paying me 1 dollar for my winnings and I had to go on that and thats why Im upset I have played there quite awhile and I never had anything happen like that I can show you the machines and you can watch the videos my world is my truth Thanks for listening Ronnie Welch card #DC000768028 and my card was in the machines
