I called the customer service line and received a recording that instructed me to use the internet, which I had already done and it got me nowhere.

White screen only
You could actually have a person to speak with me, since you caused me to spend 10-15 min of pure frustration just trying to find a connect with you Then just to be told I could not speak with you or leave a message...well...it's a good thing I love you so much!! HELP me please!!
Just a white screen. So I just took the app off and reinstalled it and I seem to be ok.
BUT Shangri-La, which was giving me lots of trouble, has disappeared.

But, If you want me to ride 100 symbol I guess I will. So how was your day today? This is ridiculous. I could tell you in three words what I needed but no I have to write 100 Symbols.
This is enough to irritate your customer.

Again, i have written Chirp over and over without success. This is the issue MY EMAIL HAS CHANGED AND I DO NOT KNOW MY PASSWORD.

I purchased Fields of Fire By: James Webb. As I listening to it and want to play back, it will not allow me to to this.
In addition, if I want to shut it off, it will not allow me to do that. In order to shut it off, I have to turn off my iPhone. Im a loyal customer and have bought several books from Chirp and have been happy up to this point with no problems. I want to listen to Fields of Fire but can not continue to do so.
