Never been so disappointed with the level of service provided. Complained directly to the Ellesmere Port restaurant, who acknowledged the complaint. Promised to resolve and refund by 5 PM yesterday, and still no contact.
I've requested to speak with head office, but it would seem this has been ignored.
The first time we dined as a family in 9 years, as we care for my stepson who has special needs! A special birthday which was my partner's!
The food was poor, staff lied, overall a sh# experience.

User's recommendation: If you want ti dine out I would suggest to give Chiquitos a wide birth , that’s unless you like sub standard food, staff that lie to your face, pre booking a table waste of time!! No heating and didn’t pre warn or tell other customers
