The older white female living at 6468 Lindenwood Pl, drives a blue Buick, is breaking into her African American female neighbors apartment. This week of 4/3/19 she stood on her porch, watched the female leave,(didn't say a word to her) then illegally entered the apartment (there are several notices warning that she's being audio and videotaped inside the apt). She stole and sampled personal items! When she was confronted, the racist actually tried to justify the illegal activity. This is Chippewa Lindenwood Apartments, St Louis MO 63109.

3904 Watson Rd, St Louis MO 63109: the ALL white Maintenance men are repeatedly stealing and taking breaks in African Americans apts. As recently as the week of 3-7-19 the “all white maintenance men” are stealing food/drinks, purposely moving furniture , taking hour+ breaks and washing tools in African American females apartments.... deliberately making their presence known. The Circuit Breaker boxes in African Americans apts are wired to several apartments and tenants are stealing Ameren electricity, as a result. Ameren MO is well aware of the illegal activity, but doesn’t give fair warning before you move in; 30day monthly winter bills are $120 for 300-400 sq ft. all electric studios. The managers Denise Woolbright and Tommy are well aware that this degree of Racism is going on and refuse to terminate them. The maintenance men have broken into African Americans apts three times in the past month, then falsely complained of dust, when caught. This is St Louis, MO.
