They never work

I read hours of reviews on key/item trackers before pulling the trigger on a bunch of these things. At $25/chipolo, I invested a lot of money.

But I thought these were the last trackers I'd ever have to buy, and afterall, when I can't find my keys, it can be urgent.

But they almost never work. After 6 weeks, some of them are already dead.

The others seldom ring to find the item they're attached to. It just says "Mark as lost", even when I'm in close proximity to the item in question.

This was a total waste of money, and I'm very frustrated and disappointed.

Bad product with almost zero customer service.

Alerted me I left my keys then gave Wrong locations had me looking all over across the street from where they were found.now my wallet is missing and where it tells me it is when I try to ring it it says problem with chipotle. There is no customer service their live chat is just a bot that gives same limited info as website and app.

Total waste of money. Plus when you even go anywhere outside of your house like the laundry room it starts ringing loudly and the only way to stop the ringing is the open app and turn it off in the app.

i have down loaded app but when comes to syc the key fob to the phone it will not accept it it makes the sound but will not pair and i have set permission to accept

Alarm function

Chipolo came out with a new version of its gadget that tracks your keys, etc. I bought a 4-pak and all but 3 of them failed.

The company was not very cooperative and asked me to make a video of myself pushing the Chipolo to get a sound from it confirming it was operational. I have used their product for a number of years and can readily determine whether a Chipolo unit works.

Asking a customer to make a video is excessive. I don't know of any other company that would ask this when you report a defective product.
