I literally got trash... instead of mulch
A lot of Christmas lights cut into pieces and other plastic, a few branches and grass..; nothing to be used for mulch .. I had to pay someone to bring it to the dump..
Which is where it should have been dumped in the first place. i do not recommend it.

Poor service
Chipdrop always saying a drop is going to happen and it never happens. If the arborist doesn't tell office that the drop didn't happen then they charge my acct so then I have bombard them with emails to get my money back. They make lots attempts when you offer a little money versus when you dont but never recieved chips
Sometimes a company marks a delivery as successful and they don't end up making the delivery, but this is the rare exception. We always refund if you are charged but never get a delivery. Hopefully we can get a delivery to you one way or another!

Verified ReviewerResolved: First drop was excellent. Second drop a year later was terrible.
The second drop is full of roots, dirt, and limbs. It is awful.
I won't use chip drop again. I'll just contact tree folks directly.

Sorry for the bad experience! If there is ever an issue with a delivery, we always refund the charge 99% of the time.
There should never be dirt or rocks in a delivery, within reason (some amount gets included with raking and cleanup). If there was an excessive amount of dirt we will look into and sometimes will ask the crew to clean up the material if it is not consistent with our Expectations of Service (getchipdrop.com/expectations).

This company, ChipDrop, has been wonderful. You can get a load for free if you.
But the best way to get a load, is to offer 20.00 to the service.
This is quite fair. They usually bring the drop out quickly and will do their best to place it where you want.

Some trash in the wood chips are expected. If there's a lot of trash, like a whole garbage bag full, that would be a problem, and you should email support@***.com if that's the case and we'll look into it.
