Hello. My drop today contained about half bamboo. I did not want any invasive species and didn't request no bamboo as it's not a tree.
The company that dropped it's shredded load included about half a truck load of invasive bamboo. I'm upset about this. Bamboo is not even a tree so I didn't think to include it in the list of species I didn't want.

Waited over year and a half, never got a drop just requests to renew request for a drop. Ridiculous.

Sorry for the long wait! We wish that we'd be able to get everyone who uses us a delivery within a reasonable amount of time, but sometimes it doesn't pan out that way.
We never want folks waiting on our maps forever, so if you feel like you've been waiting too long, please don't let your yard/garden project wait any longer! Definitely go source some woodchip material through another medium and check back in with us the next time you need some arborist woodchips.

The second drop is full of roots, dirt, and limbs. It is awful.
I won't use chip drop again. I'll just contact tree folks directly.

Sorry for the bad experience! If there is ever an issue with a delivery, we always refund the charge 99% of the time.
There should never be dirt or rocks in a delivery, within reason (some amount gets included with raking and cleanup). If there was an excessive amount of dirt we will look into and sometimes will ask the crew to clean up the material if it is not consistent with our Expectations of Service (getchipdrop.com/expectations).

I literally got trash... instead of mulch
- - Broken Christmas lights and plastics with branches were not usable as mulch.
- - I had to pay someone to haul it to the dump.
A lot of Christmas lights cut into pieces and other plastic, a few branches and grass..; nothing to be used for mulch .. I had to pay someone to bring it to the dump..
Which is where it should have been dumped in the first place. i do not recommend it.

Some trash in the wood chips are expected. If there's a lot of trash, like a whole garbage bag full, that would be a problem, and you should email support@***.com if that's the case and we'll look into it.
Poor service
- - Chipdrop says a drop will happen, but it never does.
- - If the arborist doesn't report the drop, they charge my account and I never get chips.
Chipdrop always saying a drop is going to happen and it never happens. If the arborist doesn't tell office that the drop didn't happen then they charge my acct so then I have bombard them with emails to get my money back. They make lots attempts when you offer a little money versus when you dont but never recieved chips
Sometimes a company marks a delivery as successful and they don't end up making the delivery, but this is the rare exception. We always refund if you are charged but never get a delivery. Hopefully we can get a delivery to you one way or another!

But the best way to get a load, is to offer 20.00 to the service.
This is quite fair. They usually bring the drop out quickly and will do their best to place it where you want.
