Chip Your Car - Product does not perform as advertised

I bought a Chip Your Car high performance chip which as advertised is supposed to increase your Horsepower, torque and gas mileage. In my case 5 miles per gallon increase sounds great because I drive Ford F-250 with a 6.2 liter engine.

I need any improvement with this beast.

Chip does not improve Horsepower, torque or gas mileage.

No refunds so far have been issued according to the reviews. Company needs to stand by their product or give refunds
