I need information on a product

I purchased chairs that came from Chantilly through a furniture store and every chair is defective every Saturday go on all have the same chairs and theyre all defective its a manufactures effective and nobody wants to do nothing about it

Terrible product. Unsafe and dangerous.
We purchased a table from Chintaly through All modern. 14 months later the top of the heavy glass table came unglued.
Thankfully when it fell the chair caught it. Chintaly completely blew me off and showed no concern for this unsafe product. All Modern told me I needed to go through manufacture for a warranty. They gave me the PO number and direct line.
I contacted them and they showed zero concern and blew me off. Thankfully my 1-year-old grandaughter was nowhere near the table when it fell.
Buyer beware. I will never buy this junk again.
Can't put together legs on table
Your staff was very nice and professional yet was unable to advise on assembly. We did finally figure out how to assemble the legs of the table.
I do appreciate the patience and the understanding of your staff. Thank you and the problem is solved.

Buyer beware
Faux leather has a growing reputation for peeling/delaminating early on. Inspect any Chintaly product with a polished stainless steel finish on chairs/tables.
Although heavily wrapped and padded, these products somehow show up with fine random scratches in the shiny stainless steel. Don't let a retailer convince you this is an acceptable standard.

Chairs are not made well
These chairs are in a vacation home that we mostly
only use on weekends. The leather actually wiped off.
One chair just from being sat on and another I tried to clean a spot with dish washing liquid on a soft damp cloth and just wiped the leather away in two or 3 wipes.
On of the chairs the leather just pulled away from the seam where it was sewn. I had my kitchen totally renovated and the kitchen set was expensive and I am very disappointed with my purchase.

Fantastic CS experience
I started out with zero expectations for decent support . For some reason, I really figured that I would be speaking with Shanghai, China’s.
Instead, I was greeted by a very pleasant young lady.
One really bad thing: The instructions included were just a bit better than garbage.

I ordered from amazon.ca a nook white faux leather nook corner for dinner and this nook is about two part A and B
There was missing part witch is B i was surprised how can i find only one part!! So i called amazon about it they tried to find a phone nb but they didnt then i found it on the internet and i calles and i told them i bought a nook from amazon and i need a missing part she laughed in a mean way and transfered me to a supervisor and this one too was so hard to deal with i even tried to give them the PO nb and all info but they said they want amazonto call them i contacted the supervisor on amazon but didnt answer me yet !!!
Like i feel humilated and they dont trust costumers !!!!
This is my first experience and first bad experience ever !! Mean

Chintaly Imports does not offer any warranty to end-users, the consumer. Their warranty, (mostly regarding damage in transit and manufacturing flaws) is to the retailer.
So if you know you're buying a Chintaly product, you have to determine if your retailer warrants the product in writing and what the terms of the warranty are. Purchasing a Chintaly product online from a virtual store such as Amazon may leave you with no support if the product comes damaged or wears out prematurely.

Dining table is poor quality
We bought the Chintaly Bethany table about eight months ago. With gentle use, it has about 15 nicks in the "paper'' tabletop, that gives the appearance of the table always having crumbs or debris on it.
Then a birthday gift was opened on the table, and the packing tape ripped up a large swatch of 'paper' off the table. This paper top is so thin, it has not held up. We complained to the local furniture store, who said it was our problem.
And we could buy a new tabletop for $152. Do not buy this table.

Chintaly Imports chairs are not upholstered in genuine leather. The covering is often identified as "leatherette" or PU (polyurethane) in its own product descriptions.
One furniture insider advised it isn't even the same quality vinyl used in automotive or restaurant seating. One suggestion is that the faux leather in some models is sprayed on a fabric underlayment. It is common to find Chinese imported chairs covered faux leather peeling/delaminating early in its life expectancy. Note: Chintaly's warranty is to the retailers it sells to, not the end-consumer.
Some retailers offer a one-year warranty, but read the terms on the sales contract. There are often limitations.
