Non delivery of product
- Ordered a retro Frigidaire refrigerator on 7/7/2025; tracking says delivered, but it wasn't.
- Support is via international number; links don't work.
I ordered a retro mini Frigidaire refrigerator on July 7, 2025 and when tracking it said it was delivered which it was not. I have not received it.
It is not posting where it was delivered to. Just to the US. and there is only an international phone number to call. Which will cost a lot of money to call.
There is no other way on contacting any customer support. When on the website the links for customer support do not work.

- Package shows out for delivery but hasn't arrived after 16 hours.
- Building requires someone at the door; driver can't be alerted.
I've been waiting for over 16 hours for my package that shows it's been out for delivery I live in a secure old folks building someone must be at the door to let deliveries in I have no way to inform the driver to call for me to leave my apartment to let you in so I have to wait up for hours for the package so it isn't stolen my last package was stolen but it was insured the company resent the package and I've been waiting up for over 16 hours because your app says it's out for delivery and it has not came you suck I don't know what to do

- Waited 28 days, tracked, but it shows delivered and I didn’t receive it.
