not looking for it to be resolved, would not go there if the food was free

a chinese ( China Star on Forest Hill Blvd in West Palm Beach) restaurant that we have been getting take out from for 8 years has been getting worse and worse for getting orders ready, at first I thought it was an aberration, but the last four times we called an order in......... .so called order in they said 15 minutes, I was there in 20 minutes, waited ten minutes more and when I asked where my order was I was told they had a big order to fill......and they actually gave me some attitude, so i gave it back. I said i had been going there for a long time and that was no way to treat a customer and that I would not ever order from them again
