Chillys are very difficult to get hold of. I tried the chat function, they emailed me back and told me to log into the chat function to see their response but the page never loaded.
Eventually I emailed back to ask if they could just respond to the email rather than bouncing me back to a page that didnt work. Once we had a normal email correspondence the problem was resolved. I then received a response from them following the pissedconsumer intervention.
They wanted a lot of info from me including detailed proof of purchase before theyd help there though. Absolute faff.

Verified ReviewerI waited10 minutes to be seated, some people left because of the wait. The waitress took our drink orders and took for ever to brin sweet and low for the tea. The food comes and the waiter comes over

Boyfriend to see his hamburger because the wanted to see if he switched the hamburger that could have given him someone else's hamburger. Next, after dinner I asked for a togo box, she brought back one too large.
She mentioned that I have a small one, pointing to the customer across from me, at this time the customer said I am not using this one and hands it to me. I said no thank you. The waitress started, he's just trying to be nice. I said I don't want it she stated hes just trying to be nice.
I walked out. In my opinion it isnt sanitary to accept anything from customers , since they dont work there.

You are a ridiculous person! You posted this against Chillys, which is a company in England that sells reusable water bottles and coffee mugs online.
You meant Chilli's, which is a restaurant chain in the United States. They have some international locations, but none in the UK. You should ask this site to move your complaint to the correct business.
It is not fair to Chillys in the UK, to have this complaint against them. And by the way, you should have just taken the larger box the server brought to you and called it a day.
She cannot afford to eat and wanted a free meal.
10 minutes is a very short time to wait and perhaps when the waitress pointed to the box on the other table she was just simply showing the size…and last we haven’t been able to hear the tone of her voice when she said she didn’t want the box..it was nice for him to offer but not knowing where his hands had been I wouldn’t take the box either but would have said “Thank you anyway “
For a six-year-old child that is hungry, it is a long time. I should report this to the police. No grown man should be dating a six-year-old child.
