No service
Chill won't load on the TV even though the subscription is paid until January 2026. Can't get service without getting a credit card; not going to happen. SCAM.

Paid subscription to Jan 2026, but Chill stoped loading on our TV August 8/25. No help provided unless you give credit card information, absolutely not going to happen! Doesnt deserve even 1star rating.

The account is expired or inactive, and I am getting no response from customer service. I have tried all troubleshooting steps, including a fresh install.
I still have six months left on my annual subscription. This seems like a rip-off.

Verified ReviewerCompany decided to close up and take my hundred dollars for a renewal. I am basically out of close to $200 and no answer.
They had a promotion on their service for another year. I took the promotion early and soon after they closed up, leaving a lot of people without funds, but their money.

The current situation is that there is no indication that the company is going to help its clientele that it had. It seems like it just closed and beforehand had a special on renewals.
A lot of people are now without the renewal with no way to contact them. They have shut everything down.
I have been with this company for three years. Nobody has had any contact with them whatsoever, nor have they contacted their clientele.

Problem has never been resolved can not get a hold of anybody and we are out 300 dollars
It feels like a person has been cheated out of their money for a subscription. It was paid in full until 2026, then it was shut down with no refund.

I tried at least 15 times to resolve chill tv issues and how they stole our money with special rebates than slam the door on us , our government sucks as they don’t help us Canadian citizens with matters like this and protect us from fraud, but if I come from another country they give everything and it’s really dumb how they operate ,

Cannot get service
When I go on to Chill TV I am unable to access your movies, series or live tv, I hit retry and nothing happens.

I was looking in they account awhile ago they show 2 invoice not paid!!! Everything his paid until December 2024. Also I requested again 5 days ago for a channel Prise2 on the VIP section i been requested for one year!!!@
