TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY MANAGEMENT

THIS COMPANY HAS THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER SEEN. I SPENT CLOSE TO A THOUSAND DOLLARS WITH THESE FOLKS OVER THE YEARS AND THEN I SENT THEM AN ITEM TO CUSTOM MAKE. AFTER 2 WEEKS AND NO PHONE CALL, I CALLED THEM. I INFORMED THEM THAT I HADN'T HEARD ANYTHING AND THE SERVICE WAS MUCH BETTER WHEN THEY HAD OTHER CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONNEL WORKING THERE. I SAID THIS BORDERS ON INCOMPETENCE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON I SPOKE WITH TOLD ME SHE WAS NEW. OKAY, I CAN SEE THAT BUT AFTER A WHILE WITH NO SATISFACTION I SAID "LET ME SPEAK WITH YOUR MANAGER." THE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT SHE DID NOT LIKE THE WAY I SPOKE TO HER CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON AND THEY REFUSED TO COMPLETE MY ORDER. AFTER I WAITED TWO WEEKS JUST FOR A PRICE NOT EVEN FOR THE ITEM. WHAT????? I THOUGHT THE CUSTOMER WAS ALWAYS RIGHT? THESE FOLKS ARE A JOKE. THEY HAD A GIRL WORKING THERE NAMED STEPHANIE THAT WAS FANTASTIC NOW THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER, IN MY OPINION, SHOULD BE WORKING IN THE STOCK ROOM...CERTAINLY NOT IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.
