The district manager messaged me and wished me good luck finding a new childcare center for my child. There was absolutely no attempt to discuss or remediate my concerns.

I have been waiting 7 months for the child time at St Paul’s Square in Raleigh 27614 to open. The staff is lively, but their hands are completely tied by a project manager that is incompetent and puts even the smallest of decisions off for weeks.

I've contacted customer support multiple times, but no one calls back. I'm going to write reviews on Nextdoor, Facebook, and X unless someone calls me back ASAP.
