My dress falling apart

The dress that I ordered is a champagne color with the split up the side that goes across the chest and it's got a bundle in the middle. The whole top part is falling apart, nothing around my waist fits and I can't zip it.

Honestly at this point I wouldnt recommend them. There is no way to talk to anyway. There promotion was buy one get one free and that wasnt honored.

My package was lost I I was suppose to get my refund back my investigation was approved for my refund being ups said my package was lost its been almost a month I havent received my money I cant close the dispute with my bank until they finish they investigation Chicsew said they tried refunded me and it was cancel but if chixcsew and my bank has investigation and Chicsew approved my refund why is the process taking so long my bank notified Chicsew they never responded
