Very poor quality for 98% of purchases on line. Appears that like many other name brand online stores use a different manufacturer line to make these items. Better quality at Talbots and even Walmart.
Have to return 9 of 10 items purchased. Final sale item is not the same as pictured, but Im stuck with sending it to goodwill.

Just warning others. Employee clearly tells the customer there is NO CHARGE for the return label, only to find out there is not only a $7 return label charge.But also an additional $8 return FEE!
NONE of this is disclosed with my conversation on the phone, nor on the website. Then when reaching out again, not one employee cared. It’ll cost you!!!!! BRAND NEW, NEVER WORN.
STILL IN SAME PACKAGING. PURCHASED ONE WEEK! Doesn’t matter. It’ll cost you $15!

When I called, they said the shipping label was $7.00 and the Return Fee was $8. WHAT?
This is not disclosed anywhere and employee lied to me regarding return. Will NEVER shop with them again.

Ordering issue
- - Old address appeared at checkout; a parenthesis in the phone number and two addresses caused problems, but the call fixed it and the order finished.
I tried to order from Chicos Off the Rack and my old address came up. I was unable to change it and it turned out that a parenthesis in my phone number and two addresses on the account were problems.
Both were addressed on my call and the rep was courteous, knowledgeable and I ended up finishing the order. (

- - Credit was issued to a gift card that was used and discarded.
- - It will take another 3-4 weeks to receive credit by mail.
Return took 2 months and credit was to gift CARD THAT WAS USED AND DISCARDED. Now, it will take another 3 or 4 weeks to receive credit through the mail.
VERY DUMB OF CHICOS TO OPERATE LIKE THIS AND YOU CAN ONLY BLAME THE MAIL SO MUCH!!!!!
