Very poor quality for 98% of purchases on line. Appears that like many other name brand online stores use a different manufacturer line to make these items. Better quality at Talbots and even Walmart.

User's recommendation: Go elsewhere or go to a Chico boutique. The online store sells cheap China type merchandise.

Was told return shipping label meant free return. When I received my credit card refund.it was missing $15! When I called, they said the shipping label was $7.00 and the Return Fee was $8. WHAT? This is not disclosed anywhere and employee lied to me regarding return. Will NEVER shop with them again.

Afterpay declined my outage after they took my 109 dollar payment!

Afterpay declined my purchase through Chicos after they took my $109 payment and I am pissed. I need to know if Im getting my Chicos payment because its still showing on my Afterpay..

Ordering issue

I tried to order from Chicos Off the Rack and my old address came up. I was unable to change it and it turned out that a parenthesis in my phone number and two addresses on the account were problems. Both were addressed on my call and the rep was courteous, knowledgeable and I ended up finishing the order. (

Return took 2 months and credit was to gift CARD THAT WAS USED AND DISCARDED. Now, it will take another 3 or 4 weeks to receive credit through the mail. VERY DUMB OF CHICOS TO OPERATE LIKE THIS AND YOU CAN ONLY BLAME THE MAIL SO MUCH!!!!!

Ordered a blouse in May and had to return for size issue - 2 months later no blouse and a tracking number that does not track. After 3 emails and 22 minutes on hold with customer service I was told I would see a credit in 7-10 days. This is now July 21st....
