They seem to be moving toward the JC Penny customer which is not me! I miss the quality and beauty that i used to find in the store. My daughter shops at Ann Taylor which is cheap and cheerful. Seems they are owned by the same company!

Rude service at a store in Shreveport
- The Youree Drive store in Shreveport, LA would not let me use my Birthday discount at checkout.
- I left and shopped somewhere else.
I live out of town. Last Tuesday May 29,2023 was my Birthday.
This was Saturday June 3,2023.
When I got to the check out the sales clerk at the Youree Drive store in Shreveport, Louisiana would not let me use my Birthday discount. I left and went somewhere else to shop.
Want emails discontinued

- Tried to use a $10 birthday promo.
- Item was $9.48; tax pushed total over $10; promo failed.
Called and spoke with someone and told her I no longer wanted to get emails and she said she would take care of it -tried to use 10.00 birthday promotion and item was 9.48 and with tax over 10 and couldnt get it -cant deal with a company that wouldnt honor such a trivial thing
Not happy with store!
- Chico's in Winter Garden Village; I regularly spend over $100.
- No one spoke or offered help; a clerk was unpleasant; manager Debbienot.
Several weeks ago I went to the Chicos located in Winter Garden Village. Although I not in there every week, I do shop there and always spend well over $100.
This particular day I had a gift card and wanted look at Capris and Tops. Not one person spoke to me or ask if they could help me. There was a sales person that looked downright unpleasant and walked right by me several times.
My friend said she had the same experience a week or so earlier with the same clerk. Very unpleasant and never spoke.
I really wish I had written this earlier because I never got her name nor do I remember details about her.
The manager that day was Debbienot the one who lives in Summit Greens.
I really like this store but not when no one speaks or asks if you need anything. I sincerely hope this does not happen again but I think,a little training about making customers feel welcome is in order.
To change shipping to overnight

I was not allowed to delete this link and go back to my to my request.
Therefore, I was unable to resolve my issue. The next day it was too late to cancel the order.

No employee HR number to have access to
Trying to call employee HR number. No options available to talk to someone about internal employee store issues.
Preferred solution: A phone call from Chico’s fas HR department

Store did not send home an employee that was complaining of headache and vomiting. She opened the store and told manager but she continued to work with me.

Won't go back there again. Adrien is nasty to her co workers. Dale stands at the register like she owns everything.

Chicos FAS - Chicos Jacket Review from Sunrise, Florida
- The Citrus Mall location provided no assistance despite eye contact.
- A jacket cost 159.00; I found a similar one cheaper elsewhere and spent 300.
To whom it may concern,
I had a very unfortunate and sad experience yesterday in the citrus mall location. I have given my business before to this location a few times and have a had similar experiences each time wishing it would get better do to me really liking the clothes.
Once again while I was there not one sales associate ask me if I needed help or offered thier services but all of them did however make direct eye contact with me many times. I was very interested in purchasing an outfit that cost close to 300.00 total and even asked one lady for help when she abruptly said "the jacket alone cost 159.00" I ensured the lady I was fully aware of the price I just wanted her help looking for my size but thanked her and left. I was successful at finding a similar jacket at a competitor for almost have that and spent another 300.00 in that store. On my way out the mall I stopped back at chicks with 3 large bags of other things a purchased and immediately the sales ladies were eager to help.
I actually just entered one door and walked out the other to the parking lot. I don't know if it was the fact that I was wearing and t shirt and jeans or the color of my skin that made me look like I could not afford that jacket to the sales lady, but I went prepared to spend at least one thousand dollars since I do get mailings from chico, but the way I was treated was ridiculous and back dated.
I also had my 6 year old daughter with me who witnessed and questioned this unfair treatment. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or comments.

Chicos is the worst most pressure filled retailer out there.. they stink
This company is disgusting the way the sales ppl decide if they can sell you the world based upon your LOOKS. Rule #1 in retail: don't judge a book..they are *** in that store
Same exact experience in Chico's in that Delray marketplace. If you walk in looking as if you will buy the overpriced clothes those loud salesgirls will attack.
If you don't "look" like that you get ignored. I went there with my boyfriend who found them talking in the back area about customers.
Welcome to the wonderful world o Chico's. They all work on commission but as you can see customer service does not matter. Don't go back again
