I ordered 2 loafers in different colors size 4.5 they shipped one loafer wrong size and a pair of ugly black flats that were never ordered the loafers were size 6 I ordered a 4.5 the black flashipped
They shipped the wrong shoes one pair I never ordered and one pair the wrong size. I contacted them to get a return they keep offering 30% off 1 pair I cant use either They claim to be a USA company they are not. Refusing a return because they are in China.

Their ads are completely deceptive. I received a completely different shoe from what I thought I was ordering.
Their solution was to give me 30% of my money back.
I told them they could keep hard earned my money. But I was going to make sure that I told my story so that others werent deceived the way I was.

The shoes are too small and I have requested a refund and they offered 10% and to keep shoes. Wtf would I want shoes that dont fit.
I told them I want address to send shoes back for full refund.
They then offered 20% 
. I will continue to pursue until I get at least 80% of my money back and use the other 20% as a lesson to never order from them again.

Poor quality shoes. Looks nothing like ad. I received completely different shim than what I ordered,. They did not even want to refund or return that. Wanted to give me a 40% credit .

Scam poor quality can’t return dishonest
No response.
Ordered shoes. Came in an envelope all squished. There was no packing slip, and the return label said it was from Sharon with no return address, tried to contact the company to no avail, and then tried to dispute my transaction on PayPal and they denied it.

I ordered a pair of riding boots...and got them.
They looked like a bedraggled stepchild of the photos on the website and they were too small.
I asked for a refund and a shipping address and got and got neither. the offers were as follows:
We feel sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
Can you accept one of the suggestions?
You keep them and we refund 10% of it.
We send a 40% discount code.
keep them and we refund 20% as compensation
50% to you and you keep this item
compensation of $35
And so on. They are very sorry (sucker) but don't expect to get your money back.

The American thing happened to me. Their website says it offers refund but when you contact them the come back with 10% refund. I wish I had researched this scam company before ordering

Fraudulent activity from Chicon shoes
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM CHICON SHOES
This company advertise what looks like quality shoes. The shoes I ordered and the BS I received were unbelievable.
The shoes were not what I ordered and Chi Con shoes advised they can only refund less than half of what I paid. I need IG to advocate or barr chicon

Be very cautious ordering from this store! I ordered a pair of shoes, was sent the wrong color and they refused to refund me. The shoes were also too small and after multiple emails I was only able to get a 30% refund which is crazy because they sent the wrong color shoes!!!

Do not order from this company it's a scam. I ordered 2 pair of boots almost a month ago and have not received them.
The website states 3-25 days for delivery and I've emailed them twice and have gotten no reply.
Until I receive them or receive a response to my emails I seriously suspect this is a scam website. I used PayPal to pay for them so at least they don't have my card info.

This same exact thing is happening to my wife. Same boots.
Total false advertising! Emailing back and forth, yep they are avoiding paying us back. Scammer B.S. They asked to take a picture of the label.
There is not one label, stamp or any make on it what so ever. Avoid Chiconshoes like the plague that they are!!!
