Want to exchange a product

One of the blinds had defective tilter. Not in blind, just parts No gear for tilter. Would not work. Requested return. Ups will pick up. But we want an exchange. We need it replaced.

Installation questions

I ordered your slider blinds off of Walmart.com but the curtain rail you provide isn't long enough to cover my whole window. Your curtain rail is a little over 7ft and my window in 9ft. Is it anyway I can extend the rail length? Please let me know. Im looking to replace my Ikea panel blinds I currently have in my window that are missing panels. I need a total of six panels not four.

My original shipment was not delivered as scheduled ... it was not clear from the UPS notes whether it was damaged, stolen, or just lost. I made a call on a Friday and the order got filled with delivery a week afterward. The shipment arrived in packaging that was far superior than what had been used in the past, so it was in great shape and is now installed ... it's a perfect fit for the room. Thanks for the quick resolution. Bob
