Unable to use rewards in app, food inconsistent
- - Purchased 5 orders May-June at Resorts Atlantic City with no rewards credit.
- - Rewards show as invalid when used at Atlantic City and Disney Springs.
I have been having so much trouble with your app! #1) I have purchased 5 different orders between May and June at your Resorts Atlantic City location that I received no credit for, and #2) when I have tried to use the rewards I have accumulated, I can't.
I get a screen that pops up and says my rewards are not valid. I tried using them at both the Atlantic City and also the Disney Springs location in FL. I get the same error message every time.
Please advise.

Problems with app
- - Cannot redeem earned rewards; error 'Selected reward not valid?' at multiple locations; five May-June orders at Resorts AC show no credit.
I can never seem to use my earned rewards. Every time I try, I get an error message saying, 'Selected reward not valid?' I have tried to use this at multiple locations, and the same thing keeps happening.
Also, I have purchased five different orders between May and June at your Resorts AC location, for which I have not received any credit.
Please help!

- - First Chicken Guy order; delivery tracker showed an error and told me to call.
- - A male manager yelled at me; I asked for a refund due to his behavior.
Today was the 1st time I order anything from Chicken Guy, My order was to be delivered, however the tracker showed me a error and told me to call. When I called in I GOT A MALE MANAGER WHO AS I INQUIRE ABOUT MY ISSUE BEGAN YELLING AT ME, I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE OF HIS BEHAVIOR.
I THOUGHT THIS WAS SUPPOSE TO BE THIS REALLY EXCELLENT PLACE TO EAT. BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES, MATTER HIS BEHAVIOR IS OVERWHELMING
