I ordered one tee shirt and charged it on a debit card. The same day an order totaling $99.80 was charged to my debit card too.
I DID NOT PLACE THE SECOND ORDER AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! This company if impossible to communicate with.

On March 26th you charged my credit card for the shirt I ordered, you claimed it was sent on April 3rd, but I have not received it. Where is it?
If I dont have it REAL soon I will file a dispute with my credit card to have my charge refunded. Order number is 10662-3****

Order not shipped over 35 days late
I paid for a order, that has not been shipped then they refuse to cancel and refund. They give reason that order has been processed and can not be cancelled that my t-shirt is being printed, well it has been printing for thirty days.
They state I got a refund of $8.98 but my card does not show that. the over all charge was around $29-$30.
I do not recommend doing business with this company. You can not even get a live person to talk with it is all automated or e-mail.

I put in a request to have somebody called me the phone kept breaking up I was not able to hear them I told him I wanted a refund because they told me it would take 60 to 90 days to get my items I told him I wanted to add my items together, so I don't have to pay shipping then I said forget it just take one of the shirts off, and I was told to take 60 to 90 days for a refund and a couple of weeks just have something in writing saying I did not want the items because I said just forget if it's going to take that long and just refund me after I spoke with the person, and we did not finish the conversation I was hung up on and never called back I am very upset with the service and I would like for somebody to call me ASAP like a manager or somebody higher up my phone number is 631 672 **** thank you
