We were looking for house in park ridge area.We had big name company's agent was finding home for us.We just gave our criteria of what we were looking for.With this agent we had very hard time getting appointments to see houses.Many time he would come up with some excuse for either being late or not coming at all for showing.After 4 months of working with him we finally gave up on him and started looking for another agent.One of our family friend refered us to mr. navin khandhar.We contacted him right away and oh what a difference.He was very courtious,always on time and stayed in constant contact with us,seller's agent,attorneys and all the related parties.It took less than a month for us to find a home and what a deal mr.

Do not ever trust rip off reports reviews they have no proof

I am Urvashi patel.who ever posted comment on rip off report about navin Khandhar is totally wrong.Some one used our name on that report.We never met mr. Khandhar or we do not know mr.
Khandhar.The property we owned in villa park was a town home on north ave.That town home we had to foreclosed due to financial hardship and it was taken over by bank.bank listed for sale with some other agent and mr. Khandhar was buyers' agent.Some one name bhavik and nitin patel bought it.It is common sense,how can some realtor list your property without your approval or you sign listing agreement? Realtor can not only loose his/her license but may face criminal charges.We checked on IDFPR wesite about Mr.
khandhar's license status and mr. Khandhar had never did anything wrong in his 9 years carrier as realtor.As a matter of fact he is currently active as licensed real estate broker in Illinois.

He is basically an arrogant jerk. He lists homes on the MLS without homeowner authorization, forges signatures and dates on documents and perpetrates fraud.
Navin Khandhar fraudulently bids for HUD homes as owner occupied knowing well that the owner is an investor and deprives honest people of fair bidding privileges.
Navin Khandhar also initiated fraudulent transfer of a Freddie Mac/HOMESTEPS foreclosure to another family member.

I would like to comment that best thing to do is call or check on line with IDFPR and find out if Mr. Khandhar ever had any disciplinary action take against him.I checked with IDFPR and got clean bill of health for Mr.
Khandhar.Also I confirmed with Chicago association of realtors and get 100% approval for mr. Khandhar.I would do business with Khandhar without any doubt.
I am also a customer of mr. navin Khandhar.I bought 2 properties from him 1 in Schaumberg and 1 in Bartlett.He will go out of his way to help you for anything that can help you find property you want and will negotiate down to earth to get best deal.I am very happy with his service.I wish all the agents are like him.As a matter of fact I recomonded him to my sister and she wound up buying a home from him and she is very happy.
navin Khandhar is the most honest broker I had.He did excellent job on helping me sell my home in broadview,il.Just because of that I hired him to sell my investment property in Chicago,il.I would hire him any time I had to do any real estate transaction.Just go on IDFPR(Illinois departmentof financial and professional regulation) website and check it yourself he was never diceplined for anything.

Khandhar was very competitive to negotiate against.He was very honest up front and was very nice personality.When at the closing there was a mathematical error, Mr.
Khandhar pointed it out right away to correct it which saved my clients $1300.00 I would love to work with mr. Khandhar anytime in future.
I agree with don 100%.I too had excellent experience with mr. Khandhar.He is very organised and well prepare when he comes to closing.He is a champion when it comes to closing either it is $50000.00 deal or $500000.00 deal.He treats both clients same either he is making $1000.00 in commission or $15000.00 in commission.I too did check with IDFPR as a matter of facts i called IDFPR and confirmed that Mr.
khandhar is an outstanding real estate broker in his 9 years carrier he never was diceplined for any reason.As a matter of fact i also called chicago association of realtors and confirmed about Mr. khandhar's record as a broker and i got same response as i got from IDFPR.
I am 100% with you deb.I had a townhouse in desplaines,il for rent.I bought it 2 years ago and i had tenant who would not pay rent for last 6 months.I evicted her and was looking for tenant.I tried advertising on craigs list.After 2 months of vacancy i decided to list in MLS.One of my friend suggested me to list with Mr. khandhar because my friend went through same thing i was going through.He had townhouse in villa park vacant for 3 months.He decided to list in MLS with mr.
khandhar and bingo mr. khandhar found tenant in less than a week.So i listed my townhouse in desplaines with Mr. Khandhar and in 3 days mr. khandhar found tenant i like for the price i want.Mr.
khandhar is very honest with clients and he will tell you everything in front.He prepare lease and also did background and credit check of tenant.I will never look for any other real estate broker.
