Complaint about 79th Red Line Station

The downstairs platform reeked of urine to the point that some of the older ones in my group got very sick. We would appreciate if you can arrange for the station to get power washed similar to the stations up north (Loyola station, for example). Thank you for your consideration. I would like to get the footage because that dog that was there was not being properly controlled by the K9 officer and it jumped up on her back the only thing that saved her was the muzzle because the dog went for the back of her neck but couldn't get her because of the muzzle.this is the 2nd time with these dogs and my children. So tell me how I have to go about getting it do I have to come in would you send it to me or what .

Busted my head on the cta 79th bus 5/15/23 went to the hospital have all the paperwork did the bus driver file a incident report if not i have her badge number called the ambulance myself
