Still having problems with c.p.s. and am the care giver its like cps is on my butt and i took my grandkids to care and protect them and i need to call or text case worker for what ever i do with my grandkids i cant even give them a good vacation because i cant leave town i sometimes text case worker it takers her days to text me back but if she text me she expects me to answer right their and then.i had problems with my grandson medication i took him to a hospital to get help for him for his medication they kept him as a impatient for medication for 3 days boy was cps on my case because he was in their and dr change his medication cps told me the dr.was not the kids mom or dad ..to change his medication but she can sit there and say those are her kids now what kind of *** is that..i just wish i had money to sue cps...on alot of things that i see is not right and what my grandkids gone threw...someone please help me out or give me good advice....

What to complaint on cps my grandkids are in state custody my grandson on dec 3,2015 told me a staff memeber was been mean to him and was always hitting him he was scared to tell me cps worker heard him telling me she gets up and tells him is it a child hitting you or adult he said adult she kept telling him is it a child and i looked at him dont be scare you tell me whos hitting you , you wont get in trouble...and my older grandson tells me grandma its a black lady that hits him nothing was being done...till this day nothing was done...On Feb.3,16 my granddaughter she only 9months...my daughter went to visit kids she saw that baby feet was swollen they took her to hospital and cps told her it didnt happen in there custody it had to happen while she was visited them mom but everything is been recorded as the visit going on..dr.told my daughter she had her feet swollen for a couple of days ago so she had it nothing was done about it till this day feet still swollen on Feb 24,16 my granddaughter has a scrape on her nose like if she fell i dont know about this shelter there in but i need help getting them out of there i won the case to have my grandkids i pass home study, i pass background check, my home passed,idk whats the hold up but if cps would of known all this was going on at home man they would be up my ***....but like its on the custody nothing being done...they probloms in school,my older grandson just wants to be by himself at visit, i just need help to get kids out of cps danger....

CPS denied my nieces mother her kids
CPS were going to take the kids away from my niece after she had a wreck with her kids in the car and the hospital called them because they suspected her of using drugs.So my nieces mother said she would take care of the kids and they could live with her until her daughter was able have them back. But according to CPS since her mother is an ex felon she would not be allowed to have custody of her grandchildren.
And according to CPS they would place the children in a foster home if we could not find another family member who is not a felon that would take the kids in. So in the event that no one else could have taken on the kids for my niece they would have ended up in a foster home and possibly could have been separated from their sibling. I do not know why CPS did this ,if it is a rule or law or what ? And if it is does being an ex felon give government the right to have CPS label you as unfit to be a parent and come in and take your child,grandchild, nieces and nephews out of your home because of your past when you have already done your time and paid your debt to society ?
In Texas it doesn't take a whole lot to have a felony charge on you now a day's so I guess they will be taken away children from all ex felons ????

No return phone calls
I have attempted to contact numerous people at the CPS office in Sulphur Springs, Texas without success. I have left messages and even gone by the office and was told the two people I wanted to talk to were not present and I left messages at that time as well.
Still to this date I have not spoken to Marci at the office. Did speak with John Watkins however he was no help whatsoever.
He pretended to know about the case I was calling about but seemed to know very few details. This office needs to be shut down if it cannot function in a business like fashion!

Be careful if you have a child with a disability, because the child protection agency may pay you a visit if a neighbor complains. This has been very disruptive for my family as we have done nothing wrong, and yet have had our privacy invaded many many times during the past 18 years.
Now that my daughter is 18 we are able to sleep at night without the fear of being harrassed by CPS!
If you have had the same trouble I would like to hear your story and maybe we can share our experiences. Thank you....

im having issues with cps in sulphurspirns too .. it took 5 days of calling every day to get mr watkins to call back , after he said someone tried to kill my 3 month old grandson.
and he was the only way to find out about the baby. i live in nv and they have my daughter in jail and the father in jail and baby in cps custody,. i have been on phone with shriners hospital for i have been told the baby has 25 fractured bones in different healing stages. and shriners thinks the baby has a disease called eds or oi these are to be tested by gcertain kinds of doctors to jfind this .
and the hos0pital in dallas already had the same case in 2011 and those paretns also went to jail for the same thing and they to were at same hospital and that hospital said the baby didnt have this and later it was found by someone other then these hospitals , and there is a show that was aired on april 10th 2014 that shows anll about this its called the katie couric show . cps is totally not helping us nor do they return calls .
and its become a big mess.

No i won my grandkids because two of the boys have a different dad from my granddaughter which is there sister and the dad of the boys and his mom wanted to separate boys from there baby sister of 9 months but judge did not allow that so i got all 3 of them and the other grandmother just wanted the 2 boys..but they also didnt get boys because they are ex felony but i thing that shouldnt hold them back its true they did pay for there crime so why keep them away...but foster parents are the wrost ones my grandson was molested by the foster parent and nothing was been done till this day man is still like if nothing but and ex felon gets punished..
Obviously this person saw the errors of their ways and removed some posts. They admitted that their whole family abused drugs, and that during the accident the aunt was high and on drugs and that the other family members were drug users themselves.
She claimed that was all in the past and that the drugs showed up in their system after 25 years and that she herself uses drugs. In this case they had every right to take her kids.
drugs do not show up in your system years ago, nice try. But I hope you have success in your sobriety. It's a hard thing to overcome but so worth it when you see the smile on your childrens face.
I do not know who has decided to post under my name but I am not on drugs and have no criminal record at all and as far as my completely family being on felons and on drugs, I never said that. What I said was to make a point on how a person whom might have made mistakes in their past whom has already paid their debt for their mistakes are being held accountable for it for the rest of their lives in such a way that they are being tried for it again and again for the rest of their lives, as I am sure most all of you have not been saints your whole life and I am sure that every one of you have made a mistake at least once in your lifetime and made poor choices in your past.
I am also just as sure that if you did you most likely paid for them and learned from your mistakes no matter how big or small of a mistake that you might have made. So with that point being made how would you like to have every mistake you ever made tattooed on your forehead labeling you for the rest of your life? How many of you do you think would be labeled liars thief’s drug users cheaters two faced ECT. for the rest of your life?
How would you like to never be seen as being no better than the mistakes you made in you life and never see or be given a second chance because of them? I had hoped that putting this information out I might find so help dealing with CPS for others that might encounter the same situation in the future. Instead I find that posting this has done nothing but bring out a bunch of uncompassionate idiots who want to do nothing but attack the situation and my family as well, along with a bunch of all mighty saints who sit and judge people whom have never made a mistake in their lives along with an imposter posing as me to help urge you saint less inconsiderate, uncompassionate saints on with your hateful cruel comments and rude behavior and judgmental outlook on people instead of being able to get my point out there and help someone else whom might find themselves in the same situation.
So for all you saints how far do you think you would get in life with the words *** and inconsiderate, uncompassionate, cruel, judgmental, hatefull, rude, imposter tattooed across you face for the rest of your life along with anything else that you deserve to have labeled on you that you have ever done in your lifetime for the rest of your life? The one thing different from you and my ex felon sister in-law is the fact that she does not sit around and judge other based on the mistakes they made in their past, because she has enough faith in people to hope that they learned from their mistakes because she know that she did .So let me end this with thanks for making it more than it was about, I hope it made you feel more superior than others to sit and judge I hope you feel better about yourself today knowing you hurt another person today!
