Typical consumer wanting something for nothing
This is laughable. Your cpmments, "A couple of months later" you found broken glass in the trunk. Why didn't you look the car over BEFORE taking delivery? And why do you think you will prevail in your suit? Hint: You won't. Buy a car as is, and TWO MONTHS LATER find damage and you think the dealer should pay? Are you nuts? Dig out the paperwork you signed when you picked up the car and find the form tnat the dealer signed that said that this car has never been in an accident. Ohm you don't have that form? Gee whizm what a shock. BTWm I am a dealer in Florida. if a guy came to me 2 months after buying a car and wanted me to compensate him for damage on a car that he had bought from me two months earlier hje would be invited to leave. Typical consumer. How do we know that YOU didn't do damage to it AFTER you bought it?

Chicago Motor Cars sold me a RUSTED OUT VEHICLE
Purchase a 2005 Hummer H2 SUT and discovered that it was completely rusted out underneath. The frame and most components were rusted out and the vehicle was too dangerous to drive. I had three seperate evaluations on the vehicle that verified the problem but Chocago Motor Cars refused to do anything about it. They denied the condition of the vehicle and made rediculas statements like, those who made the evaluations are liars. Oh, they did offer to let me trade in the vehicle at a $6,000.00 loss to me. WARNING - STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER AT ALL COST !
Loss:
$32000
Cons:

AN HONORABLE GROUP
Of all the complaints-----you have to remember there are two sides to every complaint. If you can't "steal" a car then COMPLAIN I saw the most beautiful 2008 starlight red Corvette on their website. It was just too beautiful for words. They had it priced at the outer edge of space. Well I knew what it was worth RETAIL, but with 15,000 miles on it and it was supercharged with a Procharger the choice of Vette guys out here, all the traceable information being true, we settled on a price AND I PAID THEM IN ADVANCE, A rare act of trust It took too long to find a carrier but Ron did. The carrier he found was super. He even rinsed the car off before un loading it, They sent me all the complete paperwork. Well I fooled around and lost the title. Well you haven't done anything until you loose an out of state title. A call to Alice in their firm assured me that she could handle it. and handle it, she did. all I owed was what the state of onorable llinois gets to print another one. Now all you naysayers---- you need to find another dealer to beat up on.----Get a life. J. Richard Blissit ---Tulsa Oklahoma

Chicago Motor Cars still up to no good!
We won't stop until dishonest people like Parin Shah and the people at Chicago Motor Cars are out of business. The scams they run are horrific! Check out our YouTube videos, I'm sure they will amaze you. Recently Chicago Motor Cars bought a truck listed as "inoperable" ,but on their site, claim the truck is in great shape. There is no disclosure of any rebuild. They also have a Mercedes that they list in "excellent condition," and also claim it has no reported damages. Really, cause we found a full disclosure listing over $3000 of damages on that same car. Spread the word people, Chicago Motor Cars is one of the worst dealers still open. Play it safe and stay away!

Chicago Motor Cars WILL take advantage of you
I have encountered some dishonest people in my life, but not these guys are the WORST! I did everything I was supposed to do, but all they did was play games. Chicago Motor Cars set up three different appointments with me to finalize the sale, and all three times they were a no-show. Who does this? DISHONEST, FRAUDULENT people, that's who. They may have nice cars to look at, but trust me on this, that's where you should stop. Quite honestly, shopping here would be the biggest mistake and waste of time; All you will find is trouble. Parin Shah, Frank Sacco, and Mark Foster are quite a (dishonest) team.

Don't believe a word they say....
Everything started out great, but then I went to go pick up the car. The title was missing, keys were missing and there were some serious concerns about the car. As soon as I brought those concerns to their attention, everyone scattered and the customer service plummeted. I tried to walk away, but they promised to fix everything only to disappear yet again. Parin hides behind his employees and has zero professionalism. I tried to work with them, but I was consistently given the run-a-round. What is with this company? Very shady and definitely not trustworthy. Save yourself some time and shop elsewhere.

Chicago Motor Cars is bad business!
Do not buy from this dealership! They falsely advertise features and services done to the car that are not there. Not to mention they didn't have the title or keys!! They are all about the almighty dollar and seeing who they can take advantage of. Of course they will role out the red carpet for you initially, but as soon at they think they have your business, the customer service goes away. Parin and Robby are the worst. Parin doesn't know how to handle any kind of confrontation and resorts to name-calling. That's top-notch professionalism right there. And Robby, well, he must have known someone to get his job. Really, don't waste your time.

Chicago Motor Cars Ripped me off
Purchased a car from Chicago Motor Cars in December 2007. The salesman assured me the car had never had an accident and was like new and sent me a copy of teh carfax report showing it free of any defects. After I got the car I found areas that were repainted. I tried to contact the dealer but got no response. A couple of months later I found broken glass in the trunk, so I looked more closely at the car and found that it had been severely wrecked, and there was still damage unrepaired under the car. The dealer refuses to do anything about the wrecked car they sold me, so now I have to sue them for damages.
