Bad security

AI Highlights
  • - Home opener Friday, March 27, 2026, with a friend.
  • - A man asked about liquor in bag; he punched from behind; security should be more professional.

I went to the home opener game Friday march 27th 2026 with a friend , being a retired firefighter allways good to get out . A guy asked me did I have liquor in book bad I said no .

He than punched the bag from behind almost most knocking me down .

Than said they might check me again inside , did not ID his self at all . They should have a better professional security team .

User's recommendation: Security should asked to look in bag inside if they want and ID theirself

I inadvertently called on Martin Luther King Day, when the offices are closed. Hopefully, they will return my phone call.

Cubs don’t care about winning.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - Customer service never responded to me.
  • - Ownership seems to care only about profits, not customers.

The Cubs customer service never responded back to me. I dont think it PissedConsumer.com is at fault here.

I consider it a no care attitude of the Chicago Cubs and not producing a team that will win a championship. This gives me great pause in spending my money on tickets and Cubs merchandise because the ownership only cares about profits and not its customers.

When id Pat Hugh induction on TV

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - The TV airing is Pat Hugh's Cubs.
  • - Harry should take a break; others could sing.
  • - John should call the game.
  • - His contract may be up soon.

Checking on TV when Pat Hugh inductions the cubs is on? Telling Harry to take a leave from singing 7th inning.

So many other people live can do it.

Also the announcer John, good grief guy just call the game please. His contract up soon?

User's recommendation: Love the cubs

Why do the Cubs have three announcers for the T V broadcast

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - Customer did not get a direct answer about three announcers vs two.
  • - Directed to email fan services.
  • - Plans to submit and then email fan services.

I did not receive a real answer to the question. Why three announcers rather than two?

I was directed to email fan services@***.com. Sounds like a runaround to me.

Ill submit this and then email to fan services. My guess; no answer, or Ill be directed to another contact point.
