Went to grabmyrebate.com to redeem my rebate of $7 after purchasing 2 bottles of Chi-Chi's Margarita from Binny's liquor store in Crystal Lake IL, but the website stated there is no such Rebate program for Chi-Chi's. Such a big company scamming customers in baiting with a fake rebate offer. This is where the government should have their agencies, that handle these matters, get involved.

I received rebate can't use because didn't have all routing numbers? I try to deposit by mobile was rejected went to bank told I didn't have all routing numbers?

Properly sent in rebate info for $7.00 and received the letter back saying the is no such PO Box and unable to forward. No answer or help from customer service.

Your customer service sucks. Worst company to deal with when having a question or complaint. No answer from anyone, except fill out a survey, why would I fill out a survey when I've never got to speak to anyone.

could not find rebate form in store or on line even asked for one at store told to come back in a week did still no form

White corn toco style tortillas most in my package have been bit by a mouse mouse teeth marks on many of the tortillas that I was feeding my family for dinner last night this is completely unacceptable and it seems that it was came from your factory not from the local market I purchased it from this was packaged like this some do not have mouse bitten holes in them most of them do!

Sent rebate on 21March 2021 for $7.00 off. Never received my rebate or heard from them. Tried to contact them, website unavailable.

This is miss representation to the consumer.

I KNOW that I sent my rebate ( for $7) for Chi Chi's prepared cocktails in on time - I always write down when I mailed it. My understanding is that your mail is postmarked the same day, so they are ripping people off ! They may have gotten me, but guess what - I will never buy their products again !!!

1 purchased Chi-Chi's prepared cocktails 1.75liter bottles for a total of 4 1.75liter bottles. Submitted first receipt with 1 1.75 liter cash register receipt and rebate form properly and legibly filled out.

Submitted a second cash register receipt and a properly and legibly rebate form for a total of 4 1.75liters. when I received the rebate checks in the mail, I received one check for $7.00. The second rebate check was incorrect since it was for $7 also. The second rebate check should've been for a total of $28.00 per the 4 bottles proof of purchase on the submitted cash register receipt.

This is real simple...I am still owed a $14.00 rebate check. I would like this rebate check issued promptly in the name of Patricia Matthes, 16 Myrtle Drive, Shelby Ohio 44875

I purchased the soft shells for my taco party and when I went to use them they were all stuck together and when we tried to pull them apart they all ripped apart. The expiration date says sell by Nov 6, 20. The barcode is 0433540****.

I should have received a $7.00 rebate...only received a $3,00 rebate What else can I say that is not specified below? I sent in for only 1 rebate with the applicable form and cash register receipts as specified on the rebate form.

I have done this several times in the past and never had a problem before. It one of my favorite drinks and I buy several bottles in a years time.I am really disappointed that I received $3.00 instead of $7.00 and will consider purchasing a different brand of Margarita cocktails if this error is not corrected.

There are many other brands on the market, and I will have no second thoughts about purchasing another brand. Other brands offer similar rebates also and I like the taste of some of the other brands just as well as the Chi=Chi's.
