Pissed off!!

ATT black listed my m1 nighthawk box KTS Mobile/Chgadgets sent a replacement box (that does not work with my extenders) and thats not an M1until the M1 comes in. Did email ME to let me know it was on the way to them 4 weeks ago.No response since then AT ALL. HIGHLY PISSED!!!

Disconnection without notice!

Service was disconnected without a notice. Not because of non-payment since it's on auto-payment via PayPal.

Was promised a partial refund due to no internet service in March-April but was not given one. Seller is impossible to get ahold of unless you submit a dispute. This company has the worse customer service with NO direct phone number, only email. Very domineering and bit of a bully in replies.

Lost service 3 different times because of sims card replacements since 2018!

Do not do business with Chgadgets! I went with another company that is much more cheaper and has a phone line and 24/7 tech support.

Very poor customer service

North Carolina offer's Unlimited Internet/Wi-Fi for the Hotspots for a decent monthly price BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY !!! This company has the worst customer service and does not communicate with customer's for 11 months straight each month around 11th/12th our service would be disconnected we would try to contact him AMP;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; he wouldn't respond then our service would be restored we are set up on Auto pay through, so he was paid on time every month !

Then December 31st we were disconnected again we emailed ,called and text a total of 9 times' with NO RESPONSE AGAIN ! Then I tried to reach u Facebook only to find the deleted account, so I got on CH Gadgets website and there's an

announcement to the customers that has Hotspots/router's that he tried to come with agreement with AT&;;;;;T but he must discontinue with them so this is his formal notice that as of December 31st 2020 your service will be disconnected. He said he's working on a deal with another Internet service that should be available by February 2021 ...we tried to contact Company about refunding us our monthly payment because we paid the bill on 12-25 he disconnected on 12/31/20 he again ignored and never responded. We as many have jobs and are working at home and the Internet is needed for everything !

Zoom meetings and constant communication!

He never contacted one person in advance to give us other options. So we could make other arrangements for internet services.

This company has multiple bad reviews on Google and other sites, and they are all the same service disconnected no response. BEWARE OF CH GADGETS LLC IN UNION MILL'S NORTH CAROLINA THEY'RE THE WORSE COMPANY.
