Went to the rodeo on the first Saturday of Frontier Days. Long lines to get in due to security checks.
Once inside, very few vendors and NO cold drinks. NO ice drinks only worm water and long lines. Sitting in the sun in 90s temps with nothing to drink. Finally let along with half the stadium.
Sent an email to a Frontiers Days official and never received a response. Im sure they will blame it on Covid.

Went to frontier days for the first time on Sunday the rodeo amazing but our seats well lets just thank the big trailer parked in front of them..also the Chaos that lead after that for them to find seats for the people that now where displaced I was Seriously disappointed on how management took care of this problem. The usher which this is totally not her fault told us to go ahead and sit in any open seating.
As you well would know somebody already has our seats so we had to keep moving. you think that they would refund those individuals:(
Preferred solution: Full refund
Sad experience
We are seniors there with our 2 young grandsons, no one would give you a glass of water or cup of ice, 95 plus degrees and the prices of all the food was to high, but no where to just get water, everyone just said that's 3.50! We bought 2 bottles and asked for ice in our cup, was told no, they don't do that.

Spent $330 on concert tickets this year, waste of money. New stage sucks.
Would of had a better experience in a 1970's vehicle with blown speakers. In fact the closer i got to my car the better the concerts sounded. I went to 4 concerts in 2015 and all were great areosmith being the best, but all had great understandable sound. Will not be buying any tickets untill they fix there issues.
Cant believe they didnt do any sound checks, biggest waste of money ever!!!!! Left "kiss" 3 songs in.
Cheyenne frontier days terrible place
always wanted to see frontier days so i did it was totally disgusting . i will never return.
do they hire deaf people to run their sound equipment ? the blaring loudness of it ruined the whole rodeo . my ears actually hurt when i finally left half way through the show what a ripoff ! what are they doing to the animals that have more sensitive hearing than i do ?
i am not a peta supporter but where are they in this situation ? the day after this my ears still dont feel right .
i cant give a low enough rating of the whole fiasco. never again!

Bull riding was great. Rodeo was great.
Concert this year sucked on 7/30. If I wanted to see a hip hop kid rock I would've went to a different concert. What happened to showing country music at a rodeo? Florida Georgia line was horrible.
Not even close to a fan. How are we supposed to show people what country is about when we headline a lame band like that.
I like kid rock but I don't go to a rodeo to hear something like him. I'm tired of being polite, the concert for 7/30 was not good but the rodeo was
Who is In Living Colour???????
We had tickets to see Aerosmith and regretfully had to listen to In Living Colour prior to Aerosmith coming out on stage. Not only was this group VERY LOUD, we could not understand a word they were singing because of having his mouth directly on the microphone.
The music was not good, they were loud and obnoxious. Hopefully, this group will not return to Frontier Days. We had seats in the handicap section. We were approached at least 5 times asking if we would be willing to change seats.
WTH????? We paid for our seats, were comfortable with our seats, yet kept getting harassed to move because they might have to accommodate those in wheelchairs. Seems to me the people in wheelchairs should have accommodations in place when they purchased their tickets. My boyfriend has a leg off and I am in a knee brace - we were not able to climb up and down stairs not sit in grandstand seats comfortably.
We would have moved to help those in wheelchairs if we needed to, but my point is we should not have been expected to. The gentlemen that usher the handicapped area were a bit intrusive. We often felt like we were being stalked throughout the entire evening. They need to have less ushers or ones that do not try and push their "authority" onto the customers.
One usher in particular was hovering over us the entire evening. The night evening we went to see Alabama. The same usher suggested we leave early to "avoid any crowds" to the parking lot (we needed a golf cart to get to our vehicle).
After taking his suggestion to leave early to catch a golf cart, we had to wait at least 45 minutes before we could even get a ride. The golf cart situation for handicapped people and the usher situation definitely need improvement.

Budweiser Review
No bud or bud light? I know coors is the official sponsor of cfd but do you really understand how much money you are missing out on by not selling bud products.
I had one coors. That's it. If bud was sold I would of had 6-8. That's just me.
I'm sure there are thousands like that. That's a ton of lost $$.

ZBB and CFD Dangerous Concert Venue
We went to the Friday night (7/29) concert for Zac Brown Band at Frontier Days in Cheyenne Wyoming. The "party zone" area we were sold tickets for was for a standing room only area.
It was standing room only--not enough room for all the women we saw who had passed out or who were laying on the ground trying to get away from the heat and packed surroundings. Saw numerous fights breakout between people trying to get past others to move through the crowd. After two hours of warmup bands the lead act took the stage--and things in the crowd got even uglier. People had been drinking heavily and were packed together in the heat.
People were refusing to let anybody get by--including people who were obviously sickened by the heat and claustrophobia of the area.
It's probably going to take somebody dying at one of these events to change things--but you've read about it here first--and ZBB and CFD have now been publicly notified in an open forum. Stay away for your own health and safety.

This comment is for the people who complain that the events in their opinion are too loud. Having adequate sound for every single spectator is probably the most important thing next to the quality of view. A well prepared event goer has a pair of ear plugs in their pockets
