Basically what happened was my ex partner was using my phone to gamble on taking money out of my account and failed due to this I reported it as fraud not knowing my ex partner was using my device to commit this fraud no further action was taken and the bank told me they was not taking no father action but this is stopping me from opening a bank account I just want a basic account so I can get my money into this has been very upsetting for me and my family Ive lost weight from this I have not been able to go out the house Ive not been able to order food online when Ive had Covid I have not been able to order Christmas presents Ive not been able to do anything even if I just can just get offered a cash card just so I can receive my money what can I do I need a way out this

Application denied based on Chex voiAAsystems report, which I can't get!

My credit is PERFECT &;;;;;;amp; and I have considerable financial assets. I want to see what negative info they THINK they have.

When I was little I Was with Some Bad people and did some Fraud. And let them used my Debit Card.

And I got in trouble meaning Im have to Pay off my Debt. Im calling to speak with someone because I cant open a new bank Account with out me paying off my Balance. Now Im grown now I Dont want it following me. Im trying to Do Good.

So I can Reach My Goal. Im a Good Dude I play College Football. So I'm praying someone texted me Back or Call me back so Ad money next week little by Little until it's Paid Off. My Balance was $558.

Denied my opening an account with NO reason. They are required to tell you why.

Repeatedly ask for ALL your personal information. Following correspondence I received letter changing my reference ID #. Really? Called and spoke to someone in India.

I think they’ve been hacked.

And they need to be reported. Again, how can the deny when they have nothing.

I need to speak with a live rep I am unable to open up any account and it’s is showing on my report as a red flag

I need chexsystems to remove my name from pnc bank td bank santander bank citizens banks these were in my bankruptcy and my bankruptcy was discharged in june 2019. Please help me with this as im trying to buy a home. Please help.

That there is 1 thing that the bank sees back in 2016 can that be deleted?

Someone opened an account in my name through Woodforest in East Liverpool Ohio in 2015. This person was not myself.

On June 21st 2019 I reached out to chexsystem to see what options are available for fighting a fraudulent account as Woodforest failed to do so. Instead the number reached was just for a consumer report.

Chex Systems is terrible. I was denied for a free checking account, I explained to the bank associate I have never owed money to a back, had overdraft fees etc.

I was told there is nothing they can do and was given a piece of paper with Chex Systems info on it. When I called this number I got a foreign guy asking me for some security code, I told him I don't have a security code and I'm a customer and want to know why they denied me getting an account. He told me he can't help me and that his department only talks to banks, I asked what number I can call and the only number was an automated number. This automated number allowed me to order a copy of some type of report.

So whatever, I ordered the report and then went back in the bank and told the associate that this guy from Chex Systems says he will talk to a bank (hoping to get an answer). So the bank associate called Chex Systems asking for a security code and yet again the bank associate said they didn't have one but explained the situation and the bnk associated was told by Chex Systems he can't help him. Umh, just a minute ago they told me they WILL talk to a bank, now it's another story. So I waited about a week and finally got this report in the mail by Chex Systems which said I don't owe monies to any bank institution and everything else on the report was clear.

So I had no idea why they were denying me an account then!! So a few days later I got another report from Chex Systems saying that they have "another" report but it's not mine, but its similar to mine and they can't find my actual report. $!!%!%!%!!!! Let's say my name is John T Doe, they actually said in the letter please let us know if you've ever used John T Doe as a name, but the letter itself was address to me - John T Doe.

And the same social security number!! I searched high & low to try to actually speak to someone and it's impossible!!!!
