Good afternoon, my name is Shonda and I was trying to use the inkind voucher or rewards at a NJ location. However, when it pops up in the app it only shows California locations.
Is there a way to change that so i can use the rewards before they expire? Thank you for your time

Dear Sir/Madam:
I placed a takeout order from Chevys at Arundel Mills, Maryland, this afternoon and the food I picked up was cold and horrible. We have enjoyed Chevys in the past as dine in and food and service have always been exceptional.
But ordering takeout today was the worst experience. We ordered 5 dishes, chicken fajitas (chicken was cold and hard), shrimp fajitas (shrimp was cold and not grilled), chicken quesadilla (kids) and my granddaughter took a bite and that was it), shrimp tacos (also cold), Chevys super cinco (also cold). And we placed the order and were there to pick it up within 20 minutes as the person has suggested when placing the order.
Very disappointed customer. Thanks for listening.

Need to talk
After eating dinner, i received my bill. I never leave a tip on my credit card, so I always make a big scratch through the tip line and write the total down.
I noticed that the next day an extra $10 was added to my bill. I left a $15 cash and that was well over 20%. We were there less than an hour and it was just my husband and 2 kids with me. I called the manager and they did credit me, but don't tell me that waitress accidentally entered the wrong tender.
I gave her tip to the hostess because I didn't see her to tip and I had to get change from the bar.
I believe, besides her having to pay back the $10, she should have been fired. How many other people haven't noticed this because it's in a regular credit card and by the time you get that statement you probably have forgotten the actual amount spent, then there are OCD people like me who check their bank apps to keep stuff balanced.

Good morning On 5/30/2022 At about 9:45PM I purchased the chicken Fajitas online $18.50 plus tax and gratuity was $23.07 before I made my online food purchase I check to see what time chevys was closing been a holiday it said 12:00AM, when I got to the door it was located. The young lady at the register opened the door so I told her about the online order, she closed the door I waited outside, a few minutes later she came back with the order, I ask her for some chips she replied you will have to wait about 5 minutes so I waited, after I received the chips I drove home, I had no corn a spoon full of rice that tasted like it was spoiled, a few slices of chicken, the salsa was just fluid, the fajitas flower tortillas was like paper, because the restaurant was closed I get served trash I paid full price for this online takeout.

We dined at Chevys in Clifton, NJ 07014 and to fine after eating the entrees we had your Fried Ice Cream has been discontinued.
That was your only signature dessert and the rest of your desserts is ordinary.
Please bring that Fried Ice Cream back Urgently.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. I received an invitation from the general manager to come back to Chevys in Roseville to give them another try.
This was the great food and service I had come to expect from Chevys. The entire meal was incredible, and my wife was very pleased with her meal also..
I've eaten at Chevys in Sacramento many times and I've always had a very positive experience. The food has always been delicious and the service has always been top-notch.
I went to the Roseville location for the first time and was shocked by the horrific quality of the food and the incompetence of the manager Yasmeen. I ordered two 3-way combo meals and a salmon taco meal to take home. All three entrees contained food that was undercooked, very dry, tasted like it had spent a lot of time in a freezer, and the tamale's masa was extremely hard.
I spoke with the manager Yasmeen who promised me a refund however after two weeks she never follow-thru on her promise. The difference in quality and service between these two restaurants is unbelievable.

I see a transaction on my bank statement stating that I spent $86 at this restaurant I have never been to this restaurant and I dont know what this is all about but I would like my money back and please contact me as soon as possible

I FOUND HAIR IN MY FOOD. THE THOUGHT OF HAIR,BACTERIA AND SOMEONE ELSE'S DNA.

Waited over 20 minutes just for someone to acknowledge I was there mediocre service and food. Arlington va. May 29
Bad service, they made me wait 60 mins for my food
Bad service....they made us wait 60 mins for our food, they didn't bring it until they saw us putting our jackets on....Two people that got sat down after us got there food served before we did , its ridiculous cause my 3 year old daughter started getting fussy cause she was hungry . As we were leaving we got offered the tab to be paid , that DOES NOT solve the problem nor makes up the time that was spent there .
I love there food but hate there service at this location.
I saw there waiter just texting her fingers off instead of checking on the food. Never going there again!!!!!!!????????
2007 chevy silverado 1500
i have a chevy silverado 2007, What a piece of ***, its a LTZ. at 50,000 miles it has been burning oil at a quart to a quart in a half every 3000.
i have had it too 3 dealerships now, Ya think they could fix it, NOt, blows blue smoke out of exhaust, auto starter not working now, fuel tank pressure sensor not working, i dont know who else to call or give info to. i dont know what else to do other than give this piece of *** back to them.
i want a ford. any help?
Chevy's of Phoenix - Food Poisoning
I was in Phoenix this past weekend for a family visit and made the unfortunate mistake of taking all my loved ones to Chevy's on Camelback. First of all, the food and service were terrible and after asking for the check, we thought our ordeal was over.
Big mistake.
About an hour after eating there, half of my family was terribly sick to their stomachs, including my grandmother.
It was like out of a bad movie, almost comical how sick everyone was but I have to advise everyone to avoid this God forsaken place at all costs lest you wish Montezuma's revenge on your kin.

The people that got their food before you could have called in and placed their orders to be ready when they got there. Of it could also depend on what they ordered.
Some foods take longer to prepare than others.
As far as your three year old, either leave her with a baby sitter or make sure she knows how to behave in a public place. It can be done.
