Customer service sucks!!! The cover that I ordered did not fit properly at all. They wanted me to send pictures and jump thru hoops before they would even consider helping me. They on a regular basis ship ths wrong item. They will not ship the correct one until they receive the wrong one back. Poor business when it's their issue. I guess some people never ship the incorrect one back. Be cautious. Their shiping is very expensive in the world of most companies offer free shipping. It does give Chevy a bad name.

In regards to my earlier complaint they fixed the issue, they replaced the damaged cap and also fully refunded, so I will re-order. They do not work during the weekends so if you email them on Friday do not expect to get a response until Monday or Tuesday.
