Never Go there
I was tricked into giving a deposit for a new vehicle Chevy traverse 2020 on 12/6. i even test drove it absolutely loved the vehicle.
They agreed to price match another dealers price. Dealt directly with sales person Jayden of Jersey City NJ Chevrolet. I sat for almost 3 hours while he dealt with another client but said he had my paperwork all worked up and ready. i started signing the papers, and then they told me that a mistake had been made that i was approved for another vehicle Chevy equinox 2020.
That would have been great if that was what i just added to my insurance with the vin# they gave me. However, this mistake is almost impossible and its fair to say they tried to scam me into a deal. I never mentioned a Chevy equinox never test drove one and again i went as far as taking my old vehicle off my insurance and adding this one 2020 Chevy traverse. I was so disgusted by their actions i asked for my money back $800 cash and $200 credit card charge to be returned, so I could go home.
As i waited i transferred my insurance back which i have as proof that 2020 traverse was added and removed.my down payment was never retuned as asked me for it again to return the money and i gave to them. They presented me with a receipt signed and dated that my money was being refunded. Today 12/12 Jayden of JC Chevrolet dealership called me from 201433**** and asked if i could send him a picture of the front and back of my card for a refund that was said to be done 6 days ago. Again i have proof as they provided me this.
I'm at a point of total disgust with such company and the fact that they represent a national brand with no regards to respect for people is beyond me. Please help me get my money back and remove this inquiry off my credit as i deserve that much after all i have endured.
My 11-year-old son sat with me and it was the most humiliating thing of my life. So put yourself in my shoes.
