When caregiver go on leave or sick or vacation there is no replacement. When there are weekends no caregiver for almost 6 months! THERE PROCESS IS VERY IMPROPER AND ILLEGAL !

I'm an Assistant manager of the branch in Missouri located in Chesterfield Commons. My District Manager's name is Dan Dempsey and My General Manager is Latoya.
I have been sick for a little over a week I have doctor's statements for me missing work. I am currently still sick. My District manager told he would basically threaten to fire me if I wasn't at work on Friday which is tomorrow. I have notes of my missing work.
I don't appreciate him threatening my job over being sick. The General leaves almost every time I come into work at 11. She hardly ever stays til 230 or later like she is supposed to. I don't appreciate how I am treated by management.
