Hi. Were both disabled pensioner travelling back home to Scotland decided to visit Chester zoo.
We were guided to ticket sales where we were told the you dont get senior citizens discount and then the young man at the desk said it would be £78
Which we queered he then said he would take money of from charity then the price would be £58 which we thought was still too dear we asked about the senior citizens discount
This was about 10-30 today which l think is disgusting to be told a lot of lies and from somebody who does not know his job and spoiled our day out
Can you please tell me how this happened and how many more people he charged
