Poor veterinary care

My cat saw Dr. Nicole at Cheshire Cat Hospital in Westminster, CO.
My cat was given a long acting steroid shot for the symptoms she was having.
The result made her much worse. When I contacted the hospital, I was told repeatedly by the snotty receptionist that I asked for the injection to be given to my cat. I am not a vet. I relied on them for professional care.
Not my suggestion to be taken as veterinary advice.
I am very unhappy with the care my cat was given. And the way I have been treated. They have blamed me for the for the outcome. No matter how I try to manage this situation, they stand by their claim that is is my fault.
I never did talk to the vet.
Only the receptionist. I doubt she's a vet.
