Deffective flare tab
hi cherry mobile.i just want to complain the unit i purchased in your cherry mobile branch in puregold tanza.i purchased flare tab last sept 21,the staff,checked if it is charging.good.camera good.but it happened on its 8days the unit automatically shutdown.so i returned to the branch and told them.they send it to your service center in dasmarinas cavite.after a week by oct 5.they contacted me and said the unit has arrived.but upon checking the unit donot open again.so they have to returned it to service center.from oct 5 to oct 19.the service center in dasmarinas cavite informed me that they need to send the unit to head office for high level of repair.and after a long long long week..at last they informed me that the unit was in their branch.nov 18 when we got it but after 5days..my God!the same problem happened again.!the unit shutdown for itself.and it didn't open even it's full charged.i hope you can help me with this problem.because we need that for my daughter's online class.and it is *** me off!we bought that in complete payment but the performance of your unit cannot be used.THANKS in advance
