I have contacted the company several times and they are just adamant that they will not pay for the postage they have no interest in keeping customers happy.

I ordered a gift from cherry diva it arrived almost a week later and they had sent the wrong item. They say to return it I should pay for high track posting.

I emailed them to say they had made the mistake and its too late to reorder and iI would like a refund so they should pay for the posting. They ignored the email content and emailed me saying that they had sent the correct item in the post.

I have emailed again saying same thing I want a refund and they pay return as it was their mistake. They have now emailed saying I can return the items.
What I want them to do is pay for their mistake.
Only gave 1 star because I had to

Preferred solution: my full refund and for them to pay the returns postage as it was their mistake
