Quality of merchandise
I ordered similar items from two companies - Cherieday and Azzlee.
I would not order from either company again. First, some items I ordered at both companies were out of stock/unavailable.
Second, the quality of the merchandise I received from just one, Azzlee, was unsatisfactory - the synthetic fabrics, the sizing (swim suit too short, tops too small), the cut of the tops not attractive. Then, both websites were poorly designed - no chance to review the orders or to save a copy of the orders. There was no contact information on the bank statement. I am so happy I found your site.
After making contact with Azzlee through your site, I received a full refund. After making contact with your site, I received a partial refund from Cherieday and a message saying the remaining items ordered were on the way. I did receive those items.
I am trying to find out how to return them, but I may just donate the items depending on what is involve. Thanks for your service.

I don’t appreciate that I have to PAY to talk to customer service agents! We will not be ordering anything from you again and we will be telling our friends and we are lodging a complaint with BBB
I wanted to talk to a live agent, and they wanted my credit card number and $59 for me to be able to do it.

I knew better when I ordered but somehow I decided to trust; The merch was NOT made to correct sizes, it took far too long to get to me (China?) and figuring out how to return items is insane! Do not purchase from Cherieday!

Can't get authorization number because they say I have password which I never initiated. This company is impossible to deal with.

I was planning to exchange a dress I ordered. Now I want a refund!
I have been trying to get a return/refund label and instructions for 45 minutes and no luck!
Everything I tried that was suggested did not work and told to go somewhere else. I cannot get a phone number.

Company could send a way to track my order. They did send confirmation of my order promptly but there was no tracking number nor sender named

I purchased a shirt and 4 dresses; it took 3 weeks to get them. The fabric is cheap, synthetic crap!
I need my money back, and they are haggling with me about getting a full refund. They are offering me 50% of my refund, and I keep the cheap dresses. They don't even want them back; that's how bad they are.
I don't recommend this thieving store. Stay away!
