Full refund
The order was made on 28 July 2023.I wrote emails from 3 to 7th August to cancel the order and return the money. I have paid £4.99 for the express delivery and I have received just 9th Agust.
I already was on holiday.I have been requesting a refund for the items I came back from holiday 22nd Agust to find a Parcel which I did ask to cancel and a full refund! Not only you didn't give me a refund you also have sent me damaged goods!
Boxes are damaged and are even leaking!
I want a full refund! And if you want your items back also sent me a free return label for them, please.
